Meal Plan Monday

Better late then never.....

A meal plan is a simple and economical way to insure my family eats healthy well rounded meals.

For Breakfast
Daily - Choice of oatmeal, cold cereal( while my stockpile last, then I will not be purchasing this anytime soon.), scrambled eggs, or bagel and cream cheese.

For Lunch
Daily - Choice of grapes and cheese, leftovers, or fruit smoothies.

For Dinner
Monday - Leftovers

Tuesday - Broccoli Beef and white rice

Wednesday - Pancakes and eggs

Thursday - Tacos with all the fixings

Friday - Grilled Cheese and fruit salad

Saturday - Game night with the family - Spaghetti and meatballs, ceasar salads, garlic bread, and Tiramisu

Sunday - Chicken noodle soup

Shopping List 

Fruit - Whatever is on sale for under a dollar a lb.
Green leaf lettuce
Sandwich bread 
French bread
Flour tortillas
American cheese slices
Cheddar cheese
Cream cheese
Coffee creamer
Whipped topping
Apple juice
Powdered sugar
Granulated sugar 
Vanilla wafers
